New Mods! +Some Reminders

_{First of all, I'd like to welcome our two new mods who will be helping around PARPG! Please show them respect and patience as they learn their new job.<3

At first, I was only going to hire one person, but I figured two wouldn't hurt! xD Especially with school and some complications with me being able to use the docs right, it might've been necessary. Anyway, congrats guys! I hope you enjoy being a mod here.<3

Second, I just wanted to give some basic reminders for everyone, new and old, in the group.

Hybrids. Believe me, I want you guys to get creative and have fun, but please keep in mind that they should at least resemble the parents species, meaning anatomy and colors. There is a lot of room here to create what you want, but I've found myself stopping and questioning if I should allow some things. I have, this time, but don't get too crazy.

Copy/pasted right from a different journal:
"We just wanted to take the time to post a friendly reminder to please be patient! If your Pokemon or items have not yet been confirmed to be added to the list (including sales and clutch babies for Pokemon), please wait before trying to do anything with them. This includes selling, trading, using, evolving, etc. If they are not in the list, none of these transactions can take place, and it becomes very confusing for mods since we're not always sure who is in the process of handling what, or if the Pokemon/item in question simply does not exist. We are not trying to inconvenience you, but the process is much smoother if you wait and less mistakes regarding your Pokemon and items will occur this way."
Also, our mods have lives outside of PARPG, 'poking' them will not move them faster. It will just irritate them and maybe even cause them to make mistakes if rushed.
So please, I know it's hard, but just be patient.<3 xD Your stuff will get done.
